Skills install through the ChatGPT desktop app. The website cannot install them, so start by getting the app.

Get the install prompt
Enter your email above. The prompt appears on this page and is copied to your clipboard.

Download the ChatGPT app
Get the official desktop app from chatgpt.com/download and sign in with your ChatGPT account.

Paste the prompt into Codex
In the app, choose Codex from the top-left menu, start a new task, paste the prompt, and press Send. ChatGPT installs all seven skills and tells you when they are ready.

Use a skill
Start a new task and type $ followed by the skill name, like $grill-me. Answer its questions and it does the rest.
